The Naval Architect supports the implementation of various projects through design and analysis while working closely with Operational and Technical groups as well as vessel management and crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the conceptual development of new assets.
- Assist with the development of revenue generation opportunities.
- Assess project requirements and research feasibility.
- Support condition assessments of the fleets.
- Conduct purchase and sales inspections when required.
- Provide lay-up assistance for any extraordinary projects.
- Administer boom survey program.
- Administer cargo hold lining maintenance program.
- Support the fleet through cargo review and evaluation.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
