Description
The Naval Training Support Specialist provides Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) subject-matter expertise in naval operations, shipboard systems, equipment engineering, and maintenance practices in support of the Training Systems Integration (TSI) team. The role ensures that training solutions, courseware, and simulation-based products accurately reflect real-world operational, technical, and maintenance requirements of modern naval platforms.
The incumbent collaborates with instructional designers, engineering teams, program managers, and naval business development representatives to develop, validate, and refine training requirements aligned with fleet doctrine, engineering standards, readiness needs, and operator and maintainer workflows.
