Overview

Our Lady of Consolation is located on the beautiful Great South Bay and is comprised of a 345-bed nursing and rehabilitative care center. The Nursing Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all direct nursing services to patients/residents in collaboration with the unit nursing staff. The Nursing Care Coordinator functions as a geriatric nursing specialist, and resource to the staff on the units and to other institutional departments as necessary.
