Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced ECT inspections: execute high‑frequency Eddy Current inspections on non‑ferrous and ferrous materials, interpreting complex signal patterns to identify surface and near‑surface discontinuities.
- Perform specialized component testing: NDE on critical infrastructure including weld scanning (surface ECT), heat exchanger tubes, and conductive coatings for corrosion or fatigue cracking.
- Data interpretation & reporting: analyze impedance plane data and phase angles to distinguish relevant flaws from non‑relevant indications (life lift‑off or edge effects).
