Responsibilities
- Carry out non‑destructive tests on aircraft or aircraft components in maintenance or manufacturing stage.
- Implement techniques, adjust and calibrate devices, apply inspection procedures according to certifications.
- Document technical instructions for requested tests for validation by Level3.
- Write inspection reports including results, sanctions, and certify component conformity per acceptance criteria.
- If needed, prepare delivery documents (delivery slip, conformity declaration, TCCA/EASA form1) for inspected assemblies.
- Participate in feasibility studies by conducting NDT on new materials, procedures, assemblies, structures, etc., and determine suitable methods.
