Need help applying plaster to a wall in my home

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to help me plaster a wall in my living room. The project involves preparing the surface, applying a smooth plaster layer, and finishing with a light sanding. I’m aiming for a clean, even finish that’s ready for painting. Ideally, the worker has experience with interior walls, uses suitable plaster for Irish homes, and can provide basic tools or confirm what I should have on hand. I have a rough idea of the wall size (about 4m by 2.5m) and I’d like the job completed in 1 thorough session if possible. Please include a short estimate of materials and any preparation you’d recommend.
