I'm looking for a skilled tradesperson to help with an insulation job on a semi-detached home. The project involves inspecting attic and cellar access, adding mineral wool insulation where gaps exist, sealing drafts around doors and windows, and ensuring ventilation is balanced. I prefer environmentally friendly materials and tidy workmanship. Please provide an estimate for materials and labor, and note any structural considerations or permits if required.
