I'm looking for a skilled handyman to install window insulation and seal gaps in a ground-floor flat. The goal is to reduce drafts and improve energy efficiency before the winter. The work includes measuring the window gaps, applying insulating film or foam sealant where appropriate, and ensuring there are no obstructions to window operation. Please bring your own tools, use weatherproof sealants suitable for interior use, and leave the area tidy after completion. Priority is reliability, neatness, and clear communication about what materials will be used and the expected effectiveness. Access is from 9am, and I’d like the job completed within a single visit.
