Patient Population: Neonates / NICU (Level III)
Setting: Inpatient hospital / NICU coverage
Responsibilities: NICU coverage, newborn stabilization and management, collaboration with pediatric subspecialists, multidisciplinary neonatal care
Required Procedures: High-frequency ventilation (jet/oscillator), body cooling, iNO, comprehensive neonatal critical care
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Pediatric subspecialists, NICU nursing team, multidisciplinary hospital staff
Days Per Month: 15 shifts per month (full-time)
On-Call/Weekends: Required; schedule discussed during interview
