Job Summary:
- Maintain and continually update a strategic plan for the NICU for the highest quality of care for patients in the NICU.
- Participate in clinical research as appropriate.
- Provide educational support to Residents and Fellows
- Ability to function in a Level II NICU
- Comfortable managing babies with CPAP and ventilation support
- Provide family-centered care.
- An MD, DO, or foreign equivalent with active board certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics in both Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Demonstrated record of supporting patients in aPediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Academic credentials for a faculty appointment at the rank of Associate Professor is preferred.
