Net Technical Lead

**Description**:
A **Technical lead**at ARCOS is a technical leader and mentor within our agile development team, responsible for collaborating with the team and designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions while driving innovation and best practices.
**This role is a hybrid role: twice a week in our office in Guadalajara.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent proficiency in full-stack enterprise software development (UI, backend, API, database).
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering design principles and architectural patterns.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust and scalable systems.
