NetSuite Helpdesk & Reporting Specialist

Umpisa Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated NetSuite Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide first-line support for the NetSuite helpdesk queue, resolving user issues and managing support requests efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with financial systems and accounting principles is preferred.
