• Provides top level support for IT network services.
• Supports the global WAN environment, administration of our WAN underlay and overlay network for all integral MAHLE sites.
• Operation of the overlay SD‑WAN environment based on Silverpeak technology. Managing incidents and changes in cooperation with the external SD‑WAN Provider.
• Managing underlay network with our ISP and MPLS provider.
• Managing, operating and monitoring network infrastructure (routing, switching, WiFi, NAC network security) based on Cisco technology.
• Diagnosis and problem solving regarding the network.
• Collaboration and managing with local network teams for physical onsite support and IMACD of network devices from remote.
• Install, configure and support multiple network layers infrastructure based on standard industries and technology such as MPLS, SD‑WAN, Ethernet, TCP‑IP, routing protocols like OSPF and BGP.
