The Centralized Network Operations Center (C-NOC) Network Administrator will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Air Force's MQ-9 communications system and global network architectures. As a key member of the C-NOC team, you will be responsible for monitoring network health, performing initial troubleshooting, and resolving or escalating network incidents. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational availability of critical network infrastructure, supporting a 24/7 operations center. You will work closely with and support Senior Network Engineers to ensure the stability and integrity of the network.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3 - 5 years of experience in network administration, network support, or a technical help desk role.
+ CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent certification is required. Network+ is highly desired.
