  • Develop, expand, and manage HWA’s international sales and selected aftersales partner network
  • Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard new partners in strategic global markets
  • Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships to drive sales growth and ensure brand alignment
  • Support partners through joint business development, marketing activities, and customer engagement
  • Monitor partner performance using KPIs and ensure high standards of sales execution and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure consistent representation of HWA’s brand values, communication, and marketing standards worldwide
  • Establish, manage, and terminate partner agreements in collaboration with legal support
  • Provide training and ongoing support to partners to maximize performance and revenue
