Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Network Engineer to provide advanced troubleshooting, design, and operational support for a large enterprise network environment. The role involves managing complex LAN/WAN infrastructures, firewalls, load balancers, and network security platforms while ensuring high availability, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Network Operations and Troubleshooting – Provide L3/L4 advanced troubleshooting for enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN and firewall environments; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management for recurring incidents; handle escalations to minimize downtime.
