Responsibilities
- Ensure network uptime and availability for Transcom's multinational network of sites and data centers
- Participate in the configuration of firewalls, routers, switches and maintenance of remote sites and data centers worldwide
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance next generation IPS/IDS systems and monitoring tools
- Use various network monitoring tools to monitor and diagnose network health
- Conduct Product Lifecycle Maintenance globally for network and security devices
- Continuously keeping up-to-date the area related internal knowledge base and prepare required documentation, procedure definitions in order to ensure effective support work and knowledge transfer toward 1st line support organisation units
