Scope of Work :
- Installation, Addition, Change, Move
- Activities performed in customer’s sites;
- Includes Technical site survey, Wifi passive site survey, Site preparation, Staging, Installation, support on migration, and Day 1 onsite support.
- Installation involving rack/stack, and input of basic configurations for remote access.
- Equipment include routers, LAN switches, Wireless LAN, firewall, etc.
- Brand/Manufacturer include CISCO, Avaya, Riverbed, Huawei, Palo Alto, UPS, Microsoft, etc.
Maintenance:
- Provide a 7-day x 24-hours basis on-call services
- On-standby support with SLA 7*24*4.
- Replacing any field replaceable units required and returning the equipment to normal operational condition;
- Installing requested engineering changes, or any required software.
- Re-packing of returning equipment for RMA return.
