Network Engineer

Job Description

• Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of the bank’s enterprise network and voice infrastructure, including data center networks, office and branch networks, WAN / Internet connectivity, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)‐based unified communications systems.
• Monitor network and voice system availability, performance, capacity, and call quality; promptly respond to incidents, service degradation, and potential risks.
• Participate in the design, review, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the bank’s internal network architecture, in close collaboration with head office or supervising management entities, ensuring alignment with group standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in network and voice-related changes, upgrades, cutovers, patches, and maintenance activities, strictly following the bank’s change management, approval, and rollback procedures.
