Network Support Engineer (NOC Engineer)

Our client, a leading technology services organisation, is looking for a Network Support Engineer to provide technical support and help maintain robust, secure, and reliable networks for their customers. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, internal teams, and clients to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and ensure smooth network operations.

Responsibilities:
Provide second-line support for networking issues, identifying and resolving problems across LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

Work closely with Level 1 support teams to escalate and resolve complex network incidents efficiently.

Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
