Role Description The Tier 1 Network Operations Engineer serves as the first line of support for client network environments, responsible for monitoring, incident management, service request handling, and change implementation across WAN, LAN, Wireless, Firewall, and Data center systems. This role ensures continuous service availability through proactive surveillance, timely troubleshooting, and effective coordination of maintenance and change activities. The engineer is expected to follow established procedures while maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and documentation.
