Job Description
- Monitor daily dealer network operations and ensure compliance with operational standards and SOPs.
- Support implementation of dealer operational policies, processes, and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct dealer visits, operational reviews, and follow-up actions for performance improvement.
- Coordinate with sales, aftersales, and related departments regarding operational support and issue resolution.
- Track dealer operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
