Create and validate well‑structured answers and solutions in the area of responsibility 
Configure, implement and document Palo Alto NGFW solutions 
Review, optimize and harden security policies and posture 
Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate / FortiOS environments 
Manage IPS/IDS, VDOMs, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer 
Perform security policy management on firewalls 
Support firewall management automation activities 
Provide operational support and collaborate with technical and non‑technical teams
