- Respond to incoming alerts & notifications from our Remote Management & Monitoring System
- Monitor, review and action monitoring & security events
- Follow clients intake procedures.
- Adhere to established service ticket creation standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents & events for monitored devices
- Provide consistent communication and updates
