Network Support Engineer – Mexico City, Cisco Meraki
Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Must be within a commutable distance to the office and available onsite 2‑3 days per week. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Meraki products, including wireless access points, security appliances, switches, and related technologies.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer and partner issues via phone, chat, and email.
- Own end‑to‑end service requests from ticket creation to resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and other support teams to triage network outages and complex configuration problems.
- Analyze packet captures with Wireshark and troubleshoot issues using Linux console commands.
- Create, update, and share detailed Knowledge Base articles based on customer interactions.
