Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience with a strong focus on Network, Voice, and Infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mandatory PMP certification.
- Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MPP), Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience working in enterprise environments; financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Network and Voice technologies; wireless-focused backgrounds are not preferred.
- CCNA/CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent networking expertise is desirable for managing technical teams and initiatives.
