You bring expertise in supporting network infrastructure, with a strong focus on managing and resolving incidents that impact business operations. In this role, you will take the lead in triaging critical incidents, ensuring rapid detection, response, and recovery. As the key focal point for network stability, you will drive restoration efforts across teams—regardless of where the root cause originates.

• Shift A: Sunday to Wednesday
• Shift B: Wednesday to Saturday

Note: Alternating Wednesdays are scheduled off depending on the assigned shift.
