Responsible for analysing operational processes for all value chains in operation and analysing the effectiveness of utilization of new technology, mechanization and way of working.

- Evaluate current operations process in all value chains in operations to identify any problems, ineffectiveness of process to be input for future improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest operational process to automate and modernize systems.
- Oversee the post roll-out stage of approved process improvements and new technology/ mechanization.
- Conduct presentation and provide reports to the Head of Concept Development to share ideas and findings.
- Perform requirement analysis on new concept/ solutions developed by Concept Lead.
