- Design, configure, and maintain Nexthink digital experience monitoring platform
- Create and manage Nexthink dashboards, libraries, and campaigns
- Develop Nexthink Remote Actions for automated remediation
- Configure Digital Experience Scores (DEX) and health metrics
- Integrate DEX telemetry with IT operations workflows
- Analyze user experience data to identify improvement opportunities
