About The Role
This position is a Night Care Manager role operating on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern with a total of 38.5 hours per week. The role requires leading a night time care team to deliver personalised care, meeting and exceeding resident expectations while upholding HC‑One values of kindness, curiosity, compassion, creativity, courage and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the night care team to provide high‑quality, personalised care.
- Ensure care standards align with HC‑One values and are consistently exceeded.
- Implement safeguarding procedures, recognise potential abuse or neglect and report concerns promptly.
- Mentor staff, support CPD and facilitate career development pathways.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor quality of care delivered.
