About the Role
Our award‑winning kitchen team have an exciting new opportunity for Senior Chef de Parties, Nights to join us on a permanent basis working in the Main Kitchen. You will prepare a variety of refined and beautifully presented offerings all crafted with finest sourced Scottish produce and be responsible for having your own section whilst gaining invaluable guidance and development within a multi‑outlet hotel kitchen. This is an opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
