Nilav looking for a babysitter or nanny in Thunder Bay

I am a single father who works irregular hours, blue collar. I can be gone for maximum of 36-40hrs at a time. Need help with my two kids with school, putting them to bed, dinners, snacks etc.
Both of my kids are great, they behave well and listen, they are creative, love outdoors.
Most of the childcare will be in coordination with their mom (my ex).
