NOC Analyst II

We are seeking a NOC Analyst II to join our Network Operations Center team, supporting hundreds of municipalities and organizations across the United States and Canada. This is a mid‑level overnight position for a technically strong professional who can independently manage complex network and system issues, mentor junior analysts, and ensure optimal performance and uptime across client environments.

Work Schedule

• Option A – Friday – Monday (4 days) – 10 hours
• Option B – Thursday – Monday (5 days) – 8 hours
• Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory for both schedule options.

• Monitor network and system performance continuously using monitoring tools and software throughout the overnight shift.
