NOC Engineer-L1

The Tier-2 NOC Engineer is the escalation point for well‑defined Network Route/Switch support activities. The scope of work entails responding to automated alert reports against the Client's network infrastructure, supporting maintenance‑related activities, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) against Network related incidents, performing deep analysis to identify recurring problems, and then collaborating with Tier‑3 Network Engineering to implement the corrective change within the production environment.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Tier‑1 NOC Team to proactively identify potential issues that may impact the Client's production network environment.
• 24x7 NOC support and managing client network infrastructure devices such as Cisco routers, Cisco Meraki switches, Palo Alto FW, VMware Hypervisor, Servers, Meraki or similar Wi‑Fi access points, etc.
