NOC Engineer ( UAE National )

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to manage all No Objection Certificate processes for a major bridge construction project in Dubai. The successful candidate will coordinate with relevant authorities and utility service providers to secure timely approvals, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit NOC applications to relevant authorities (e.g. RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, etc.) for bridge construction and related infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with government agencies and utility providers to track NOC progress and respond to feedback or additional requirements.
• Review design drawings and ensure all technical information required for NOC submission is accurate and complete.
• Follow up on application status and expedite approvals through continuous communication with concerned parties.
