Job Summary (NOC Engineer)

• Proactively monitor servers, networks, cloud applications and security alerts to ensure continuous uptime and system stability.
• Manage incidents by logging tickets, performing initial troubleshooting and escalating issues to higher-level support teams as needed.
• Conduct daily system health checks, correlate incidents and issue proactive notifications to maintain seamless operations.
• Track daily backup job completion, monitor system availability and check for certificate expiries to avoid service interruptions.
• Maintain accurate shift handover logs and follow incident management procedures to ensure smooth shift transitions in a 24x7 environment.
• Utilize IT infrastructure, networking and system monitoring tools for efficient operations.
• Apply troubleshooting skills to servers, network devices and cloud environments.
