**Location**: On Site - Juárez, Nuevo León, México
**Opportunity**
**BASIC FUNCTION**
Under the direct supervision of the Genl Supvr-NPD, Model & Case, this position is responsible for coordinating the Industrialization Process for the New Products, the Verification of the Current Products (Re-Cases, Modifications, etc), to assure all the products meet the Engineering Specifications.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Develop Standard Cost learning curve estimates and mature yield targets.
2. Assist the design NPD team during the process desing of the new products.
3. Work Cross functionally with Product Engineering, Quality and vitreous plants to identify the key characteristics on our products and create robust products designs/processes to ensure good quality parts are being sent to our customers.
4. Track the Yield and deliveries after release to asure that the new products are meeting their commitments.
