Who You’ll Work With
Arista is seeking an experienced NPI Materials Manager to drive material readiness and supplier execution for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, with a primary focus on Liquid Cooling and Cold Plate technologies.
This role will partner closely with Engineering, Commodity Management, Contract Manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure critical materials are available to support prototype builds, qualification activities, production ramps, and product launches. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has strong supplier management and supply chain execution skills.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary NPI point of contact to drive Cold Plate and liquid-cooling material readiness across all NPI programs. 
Own material readiness for assigned NPI programs from prototype through production launch.
