**Purpose of Job**
The NPI Sourcing Manager will support development and implementation of strategic sourcing activities in assigned suppliers and/or commodities; with goal to obtain the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. The NPI Sourcing Manager will support the implementation of NPI project launches by utilizing a global tool kit, evaluating cost reduction ideas, supply base optimization, contract negotiations, global strategies, and supplier risk assessments.

Utilizing the agreed tools, including financial and non-financial inputs to influence and drive decisions within division. Demonstrate insight and understanding of component cost drivers to develop negotiation strategies and present learnings to global NPI procurement teams.
