Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced NRI Relationship Manager to manage and grow the bank’s NRI customer portfolio in the Cochin region. The role involves deep relationship building, cross-selling, and delivering superior customer experience to NRI clients across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & grow a portfolio of NRI customers across markets.
• Acquire new NRI accounts through referrals, diaspora networks, and internal leads.
• Cross-sell banking products: NRE/NRO accounts, deposits, investments, insurance, remittances, and wealth solutions.
