We are seeking a Primary Care Provider (NP, FNP, or ANP) with experience or a strong interest in HIV care to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering comprehensive primary care services in an affirming and patient-centered environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
• Manage and support patients living with HIV while promoting overall health and wellness.
• Deliver evidence-based, culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
