Nursery Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a nursery.

• Oversee and improve the daily functions of the nursery and projects
• Procurement of plants, materials, etc
• Provide training to staff on pesticides, fertilizers, etc
• Create staff work rosters and delegate duties
• Plan and review nursery activities, cost and operations
• Create attractive garden and plant displays
• Respond to customer requests and provide guidance to the nursery staff

• Degree in Horticulture or equivalent
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Valid driving licence would be an added advantage
