Our client, a leading hospital in Dubai, is currently looking for a Nursing Director to be based in Dubai to lead the strategic nursing development services of the department and maintains performance improvement activities within the department and supports and participates quality improvement projects. In this role, you will be responsible to: Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care, quality, patient safety, and risk management.
