Our client, a leading international construction and civil engineering organisation, is seeking an experienced Oberbauleiter to oversee railway infrastructure projects, including track works, civil structures, and associated facilities. The role involves hands-on site leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Noise barrier installation experience is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Full site responsibility for railway infrastructure projects, from planning to completion

Coordination and supervision of on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Monitoring construction progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance

Reviewing and implementing technical project requirements and construction methods

Managing budgets, reporting on costs, and ensuring efficient resource allocation
