Role Summary
- To act as first response to critical alarm notifications across campuses by liaising with and providing information to the Client’s Service desk Team and CBRE.
- To effectively supervise the day‑to‑day operation of the area’s maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of hard Services facilities across data centres.
- To ensure constant high‑level service delivery is maintained and reactive tasks are completed on time within customer SLA.
- Working alongside OCC manager to help service delivery.
- Adherence to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies within the Data Centre.
