Shipment entries/conversion & sending of arrival notices to customers, payment requisition, prepare D/O for clearance/trucking, scanning & filing of docs into Kendox archive. Releasing of D/O & collecting payment for those customers arranging for their own clearance. Permits declaration & submission to carriers. Proper/accurate & fast billing. Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no losses. Month end closing. Verify incoming invoices & dispute with overseas offices/agents or our vendors if charges are wrongly billed. Coordination with customers or overseas offices/agents for shipping documents and delivery address. Quotation to agents. Booking in of vendors' or creditors' invoices. Follow up/chase for payment (COD & GST)
