What is the job about

As an OEM Latam Lead Sales Development Engineer at Grundfos, you will drive growth of the Industrial OEM Market in Latin America by identifying market opportunities, collaborating with local sales teams, managing key accounts, and expanding our share of wallet with existing customers.

Your main responsibilities
  • Drive Industrial OEM sales growth in Latin America by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Local Sales Team to define and implement strategies for winning in different countries.
  • Manage key accounts for selected OEMs, as agreed with the Sales VP for IND Latam.
  • Expand Grundfos' OEM share of wallet with existing customers and increase overall market share.
  • Identify and develop aftermarket opportunities and improve Reep2 for OEMs.
