Oenologist - Wine Tasting Expert (Jabal-Ali, UAE)
We are seeking a skilled Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of wine samples, as well as providing guidance on wine production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sensory analysis of wine samples to determine quality and characteristics
- Monitoring and analyzing fermentation processes
- Advising on grape selection and blending techniques
- Conducting research and staying updated on industry trends and developments
- Collaborating with winemakers to ensure quality standards are met
- Assisting with vineyard management decisions
- Maintaining accurate records of all analyses and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field
