Oenologist - Malayalee Nationality Preferred - Musaffah, UAE

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyze wines, and conduct research into production and quality control of wines.
• Develop and maintain detailed records on all aspects of winemaking operations, including fermentation processes and ageing techniques.
• Perform accurate laboratory testing and present results to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in the oenology industry is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess your own legal documents required for employment in the UAE; this is a contract job without accommodation or visa sponsorship.
