**Position Summary:**
OFAC Agent– is responsible for obtaining required clearance and screening of OFAC origin/destination shipments.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Process inbound and outbound freight shipments to ensure timely clearance through U.S. Customs.
+ Review and process shipments efficiently while maintaining compliance with all applicable government agency regulations and requirements.
+ Screen, verify, and accurately enter data for all OFAC-regulated shipments.
+ Communicate shipment status updates and delays with DHL origin and destination stations to ensure operational visibility and coordination.
+ Examine invoices, shipment contents, and shipping documentation to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.
**Minimum** **Qualifications:**
Education:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
· Strong understanding of operations and customs processes.
